This is something I felt strongly that I must share. It is upsetting to hear that Whole Foods is importing their organic food from CHINA. Please take the time to view this video link.
Thanks Cat for sharing this information.

This is something I felt strongly that I must share. It is upsetting to hear that Whole Foods is importing their organic food from CHINA. Please take the time to view this video link. Thanks Cat for sharing this information. The last 2 months I have decided to make some big changes in my life. I have been on a journey to better health; sleeping more, less stress, exercise and making much better choices of what and portions of the food I eat and drink. I have made the choice to remove all processed sugar and corn sweeteners from the foods I consume. As a result I have lost 14 pounds! What a difference it has made in how feel and my energy level. Ben Elsass, a photographer friend of mine came into the studio this week to do me the honor of taking my portraits. I am thrilled with portraits Ben took of me. Thank you Ben! So now I can document my journey to better health.
This session was indeed special. Colby and Zach got engaged the evening before their session! They are such a wonderful couple. Their sweet dogs also joined in for the engagement session all dressed for the occasion wearing their favorite Illini tie. The first image made me chuckle and melted my heart. There is nothing like a BIG dog who thinks they are a lap dog. I have one of those too in my home.
We’ve added some new props and backdrops at the studio. Plus soon we will have a new setup for natural light photography. Isn’t she adorable? Her smile is infectious!
